VEERUM is on the search for a Product Manager to help them define its roadmap and translate customer needs and opportunities into a compelling solution.

About the role

Ideas come from everywhere. Your job as a Product Manager in VEERUM is to strategically organize those new ideas and bring them to life. You love to lead cross-functional internal stakeholder teams to bring justice to those ideas through a clear and methodical decision-making approach. When faced with limits and ambiguity, you become more — not less — creative. You love this zone. You bring projects from concept to completion, doing everything possible to ensure their success.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing and defining the core positioning of the product including strategy, vision, and messaging

• Running beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples

• Working alongside the product marketing team to create low-fi and high-fi mock-ups to assist the development team in completing tasks

• Synthesizing customer/user and internal stakeholder feedback to identify pain points and provide strong product suggestions and solutions

• Undertaking competitive, TAM, consumer analysis reporting to deliver Market and Product Requirement documents with corresponding justification

The right candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business/ Product / Marketing / Industrial Design, or Engineering is ideal

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager (3 – 5 years’ experience is ideal)

• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products, specifically, in the SaaS marketplace

• Experience with successful product management frameworks, processes, and tools

• Analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong ability to communicate openly and transparently; collaborating with teammates and customers to deliver valuable solutions and results

• Excellent written skills (as demonstrated by your resume and cover letter!)

• Excellent verbal skills and your ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
