They are searching for a Client Success Executive to be a key member of the Client Success Team that promotes retention and values growth and loyalty on assigned accounts.

The day-to-day activities of a Client Success Executive will include:

  • Client Success Lifecycle – own the client commercial relationship and collaborate with the VEERUM team to ensure effective onboarding, adoption, value growth, and retention of our clients.

  • Growth – manage and own the business development existing client pipeline for designated accounts and ensure objectives are exceeded. 

  • Lead and coordinate client touch points - lead the commercial client touch points as per the Client Success Process such as quarterly value reviews, renewal gates, etc.

  • Client Advocate - act as the voice of our clients back into the VEERUM organization to ensure we are value managing their experience. 

The right candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications on their resume:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Comp Science, IT, or Industry (Mining, Energy, Oil and Gas, Utilities) or related diploma

  • 3 - 5 years experience in consultative-based enterprise software selling to C-level and Business Operations personas

  • Previous experience on a formal customer success team is beneficial
