We are searching for a Client Account Executive to drive enterprise growth through new client acquisition. The Client Account Executive has extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, communicates directly with clients and prospects, understands their business needs, and formulates sales strategies that maximize value to the client. The Client Account Executive is a brand ambassador for VEERUM.

The day-to-day activities of the Client Account Executive will include:

  • Responsible for managing pipeline, sales activity and accurate sales forecasting while creating detailed sales business plans.

  • Responsible for the sales opportunity pipeline from lead qualifying to closing of opportunities.

  • Representing VEERUM’s full portfolio to clients through effective presentations, proposals & demonstrations.

  • Leveraging industry trends to understand client pain points and tailor solutions based on client needs.

  • Be a great VEERUM brand ambassador and be able to communicate our value to multi-stakeholders, common in an enterprise organization.

  • Attend trade conferences or events to represent VEERUM.

  • Represent VEERUM’s core values at every step of our client’s buying journey.

  • Take a prime leadership role in coordinating internal teams in opportunity pursuits.

The right candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications on their resume:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, IT or an Industry focus (Construction, Mining, Energy, Oil and Gas or Utilities)

  • At least 3-5 years of demonstrated successful experience in technology solution and consultative-based selling to enterprise C Level, IT and OT clients (SaaS, Cloud applications and software sales experience is preferred) where growth targets were consistently exceeded.

  • Experience in office, G-suite and CRM applications (e.g., Google Docs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sales Force)

  • A positive attitude, unwavering commitment to client success, the ability to learn, creativity, proactive collaboration with the internal VEERUM team and the highest alignment to VEERUM’s core values.

  • Experience in office, G-suite and CRM applications (e.g., Google Docs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sales Force)

  • The ability to effectively communicate VEERUM’s value proposition via remote video conferencing.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time or as required with a focus on North American client acquisition.
